Holiday Order Deadlines (To receive order before Christmas Eve)

  • FREE Shipping: Place order by December 13th by 11 AM CST
  • FedEx Shipping ($10): Place order by December 16th by 12 noon CST
  • Priority Shipping ($15): Place order by December 18th by 12 noon CST
  • Express Shipping (starting at $45.00) Place order by December 19 by 11 AM CST

*These deadlines are to be used as a guide and cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. To avoid any unforeseen holiday shipping delays by carriers due to COVID-19, we recommend upgrading to FedEx Shipping or Expressing Shipping options for delivery. You may have seen in the news that shipping carriers will experience larger-than-usual volume this holiday season due to COVID-19. The increased volume may potentially lead to carrier shipping delays, which could result in customers receiving packages later than expected. While we can’t control the carriers, we are doing our best to control what we can in order to give you and your family the best shopping experience possible this holiday season.

Shipping Options:

  • FREE Shipping: Standard Processing (1-3 Business Day Processing Time, expect delivery approximately 4-12 days from order date depending on location)
  • $5 - Priority Processing (1-2 Business Day Processing Time, expect delivery approximately 3-7 days from order date depending on location)
  • $15 - Priority Shipping (1-2 Business Day Processing Time + Upgraded Shipping, expect delivery approximately 2-3 business days from order date, depending on location)
  • FedEx Shipping to physical addresses only (No PO Boxes) Expect delivery in approximately 2-3 business days from order date
  • $45+ - Express Shipping (Overnight/Second Day Air, expect delivery in approximately 1-3 days from order date depending on location)

All orders placed in the United States on or after January 30th, 2020 will have Free Shipping. We cannot backdate or refund any shipping costs from before that date.

*Shipping times are estimates and apply to orders shipping within the US only. Some exclusions apply and times are subject to change and based on USPS average shipping times. Flags on a Stick cannot be held liable for orders delayed in transit or not delivered before Christmas. We will do our best to get the order to you if ordered by the dates listed.


Flags On A Stick relies upon USPS, UPS and FedEx tracking and delivery confirmation. Customers who purchase from Flags On A Stick agree that Flags On A Stick has fulfilled their requirements between buyer and seller by delivering the order to USPS, UPS or FedEx. It is up to the carrier to get the package to the buyer.

For all shipping options please note that we ship Monday-Friday, and do not count weekends or US holidays as business days.


Each new order will be shipped in the timeliest manner possible. In-stock items will ship from our warehouse within 1-4 business days of the purchase date. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it should arrive in 3-5 business days depending on your selected shipping preferences. Please note that your order may experience delays due to a high volume of orders during promotional events or Holidays.

We ship most US orders via USPS and FedEx, depending on the size and weight of the order and which items are ordered. We prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible to conserve materials, but in the event that one or more of your items will require additional processing time, we will ship your available items as soon as possible. If your address does NOT accept a specific carrier, please let us know in your order comments.


Priority Shipping is available for most products in our online store, and is only available for orders within the Contiguous US. Orders placed before 1 pm CST will be shipped same-business day. All orders placed after 2pm CST will be shipped next-business day. This also guarantees your order will be shipped Priority Mail (USPS), FedEx or UPS. If your address does NOT accept a specific carrier, please let us know in your order comments.

Express Shipping is available for most products in our online store, and is only available for orders within the Contiguous US. Express Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and dollar amount of the order. Orders placed before 1 pm CST will be shipped same-business day. All orders placed after 1 pm CST will be shipped next-business day. 

Express shipping will allow us to ship the quickest way possible to you which in some cases is overnight or Second Day Air. Overnight is not available for all locations (especially remote areas or locations further away from our warehouse in Minnesota). We will do our best to get your order to you in the quickest way possible! Most often we use FedEx for Express Shipping. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Unfortunately, it is expensive for us to ship internationally so there is no room for negotiation on these rates. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, weight and size of the package. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of stocked items. Express shipping is not available. Select items cannot ship internationally. Please contact customer service for further information. NOTE: Flags On A Stick is not responsible for shipping delays or problems once a package leaves the US. Postal services vary from country to country, so we cannot predicate when your package will arrive.


Packages sent to APO or FPO addresses must use U.S. Postal Services.


We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. We will notify you directly in the event that a product’s availability date changes. Please contact Guest Services for additional information.


All prices in our store and online are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.

Returns Information:

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Merchandise

There are rare instances when products get damaged in shipping, get lost or make it through quality checks without getting stopped. If you happen to receive a damaged or defective item from us, don't worry - we'll take care of it quickly and hassle-free! Just follow the below steps.

If you have an account: To submit a return/replacement/refund request go to the “Orders” Page. Find the order you are looking to return/report items from and click “Return Items” on the right-hand side (see below image). Select one or more of the items you would like to return, Return Reason, Return Action, and leave us additional comments if necessary. Submit your return request and we will send you directions to return your items, OR we will reach out to you to resolve other issues regarding the specific situation with your merchandise/order. Please allow up to 3 business days for us to reach out to you with next steps.

If you don’t have an account (or don’t know how to access your account): Please contact us at 866-610-0557. We will get back to you in 1-3 business days to resolve the issue.

Nothing is wrong with the merchandise/order, but you want to make a return:

If you received your order and simply changed your mind or no longer need or want the item(s), you can send back your item(s) if it is within 30 days of the purchase date to the below address with a copy of the invoice (or a note that has your name and invoice number enclosed so we know who to refund). Please also include a short explanation for the reason you are returning the item(s) so we can be aware if there is in fact something wrong. When we receive your ordered item(s) back, we will refund your method of payment the amount of the item(s). All shipping charges are non-refundable including return shipping. Please allow up to two weeks for us to process your return. You will be notified by email when your return has been processed. Please review the “Return Guidelines” below prior to returning your order.

  • Merchandise will be accepted for refund up to 30 days from date of purchase provided the item is unused and is in the original product packaging.
  • All items must be returned with original product packaging, including cardboard header. Items returned without original product packaging will not be accepted.
  • Items not returned in salable condition will not be accepted.
  • Personalized and/or customized orders are non-refundable or exchangeable.
  • All shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Any items that are defaced or physically damaged by end-users are not refundable.
  • Any items that are special ordered due to quantity or style are not refundable.
  • We reserve the right to check the condition of the returned items before issuing any refund or credit.
