Do I need to create an account?


You do not need to create an account. You can always check out as a guest. However, by creating an account with us you will automatically start earning Rewards Points with each order. Your address information will be saved in your account. Note: Your credit card information is not saved. When you are logged into your account you will be able to view all your previous orders, as well as any items you have placed on your Wish List.


Do you offer free shipping? 


Yes!  We offer free shipping within the USA.


How long will it take for my order to ship? 


We usually ship in 1-2 business days when orders are placed by noon CST, however some exceptions may occur during the busy holiday season. During the checkout process you will have several shipping options to choose from, including Priority Processing and Express Over-Night Shipping.


Can I send E-Gift Cards and Gift Cards?


Yes, these are an easy way to quickly send a gift to someone on your gift list. E-Gift Cards are emailed directly to the gift recipient. Gift Cards can be mailed to you or directly to the gift recipient.


Can I use multiple discounts or promotional offers on a single order?


Promotional offers, Rewards Points and coupon codes cannot be combined. Only one coupon code is allowed per order. If you have a discount coupon code, you must enter the code during checkout to receive the discount offer.


How do I use Rewards Points?  


Please note: you must be logged into your account to earn Rewards Points. Log in using your email address and the password you have selected. Rewards Points are applied to your account once your order has shipped. See Flags On A Stick Rewards Program  for more details.


How can I find matching flags, mailbox covers, doormats & address signs?


These matching items are conveniently located in the Collections category. Under the Collections tab you can then select the season or holiday. You can also use the filter to narrow down your search by season or holiday, as well as specific products and the manufacturer.

Yes, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to ensure that all your information is safe. For more security information, please visit our Privacy and Security statement. This protocol is the industry standard for internet security. All information you send to us is private. We do not sell, trade or give it away to any outside sources.


What credit cards can I use to purchase products?


We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Shop Pay and PayPal.
