Victoria was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustrations from California College of Arts & Crafts in Oakland, California. Victoria Hutto’s artwork appears on a wide range of products, from greeting cards, to decorative flags, tabletop and gift wrap to home decor. She enjoys developing new products and recently finished designing a collection of garden items made of metal and also illustrated her first children's book, 12 Days of Christmas in Oklahoma.
